Working At Grasselli Library and Breen Learning Center as a Library Assistant

Our student library assistants are very important in helping us maintain the highest standard of service to our users. Each year the library provides employment opportunities to over 65 students throughout several departments.  If you are registered for the coming semester and are interested in a library position please contact the library's Administrative Services Coordinator, Connie Brooks. Include your semester availability, work experience, and contact information (cell phone number and JCU email address.)

(Please note that the library gives priority to students who are Federal Work Study eligible.  If you are eligible, you will have received an award letter from the Financial Aid Office of John Carroll University.)

GRAD STUDENT WANTED

The library is seeking a grad student to fill an 11:45 PM to 2:15 AM shift Sunday through Thursday. Ideal candidate will be responsible for circulation duties and closing procedures. Training includes patrol methods and emergency practices. Must be dependable, have the ability to work with limited supervision, and understand the importance of confidentiality. Veterans are also encouraged to apply.
