Submitting Requests
In addition to the above, all electronic reserve requests must be accompanied by an ERes request form. The forms must have complete course information as well as bibliographic information for each article. If possible, please include a copy of your syllabus. Keep in mind that we can also link to e-journals. If you have the link to a particular reading, please include it in the URL box provided. You can access the request form at: http://www.jcu.edu/library/servform/E_ResReq.doc Request forms and course materials can be dropped of at the library circulation desk. ERes materials can also be sent through campus mail c/o Adam Green. Copyright Responsibilities
The library will seek permission on behalf of the instructor and will cover copyright clearance charges up to $300 per instructor/per course/per semester. Fees above that limit will be the responsibility of the requesting instructor's department. Though most courses do not exceed the set fees, you will be contacted about high cost permission requests so that other options can be explored.
