Faculty Members
• Instructors wishing to place materials on reserve at the library should submit the items with a Reserve Request Form • Items that can be placed on reserve include library materials, personal copies of books, and professionally-produced audio/videotapes or DVDs. • Please be aware that all personal copies of books are bar-coded and marked with security devices to ensure that they are not removed from the Library. Instructors may submit no more than one copy of a personal book per ten students, not to exceed five copies per title. The library cannot guarantee against loss or damage of personal books that are placed on reserve. • Reserve requests can be submitted whenever the library is open. Reserve requests submitted at the beginning of a semester will be processed as quickly as possible, in the order in which they are received. Please allow three to five working days for materials to be made available. • At the end of each semester all reserve material is taken off reserve and returned to the shelves or to the instructor.
