Textbook Sharing and Lending Program
The Textbook Sharing and Lending program aligns with the Grasselli Library mission and vision statement and its intent to build better collections, provide access to information sources, and work together and through on-campus partnerships with administration, faculty, staff, and students to meet the more complex needs of the university community.

Also, we want to accentuate the JCU community involvement in the Textbook Sharing program as a necessity for students, faculty, and the overall community success.
With the inclusion of the Textbook Sharing and Lending Program, we ultimately hope that this program will build a sense of community involvement. The Textbook Sharing Program, which was funded by Grasselli Library, is a shared-responsibility project; it will ideally continue to grow by educating the students on the importance of donating their previously used textbooks to expand our Textbook Sharing Program. Also, we seek to engage with faculty members regarding their role in spearheading the textbook initiative. We ultimately hope that this project will become self-sustaining, encouraging students and faculty to come together to share resources that will benefit the entire campus community.
